Equipment: Frisbees will be supplied by the ISG. Athletes using their own Frisbees must have discs which conform to National Disc Golf Regulations.
Event Regulations & Format: Distance Throw
- Participants must check in within 30 minutes of the published starting time.
- Participants will be allowed one warm-up throw and three (3) official throwing attempts.
- The objective is to achieve the longest distance. The distance is determined by where the disc first strikes the ground. Only the longest throw for each individual will count.
- A foot fault called by the official will automatically nullify that throw.
- If a disc lands outside the foul lines, it will be charged as a throw, but will not count for distance.
- In case of a tie, the participant with the second longest throw will be declared the winner. If a tie still remains, duplicate medals will be awarded.
Event Regulations & Format: Accuracy Throw

- The Basket (Goal) will be inside a 15’, 25’ and 35 foot circle. Participants may throw from anywhere outside the circle.
- A foot fault called by the official will automatically nullify that throw.
- One (1) point is awarded for each ‘make’, a discs landing, and staying, in the basket from 15 feet. Two (2) points will be awarded for makes at 25’ and three (3) points for a make at 35’.
