PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our site is a safe environment for anyone who visits and registers through our secure server. We use the information we collect about you to process registrations and to provide a more personalized experience.

What information do we collect and how is it used?
When you register, we need to know your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your registration and notify you of your registration status.

How is your information protected?
When you register, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Will the information collected be disclosed to outside parties?
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others.

REFUND POLICY
There will be NO refunds of entry fees for events cancelled due to weather or other acts of nature.

The only exceptions to the no-refund policy are:

• Entries received in a division that is cancelled due to minimal entries.  
• Entries received after the maximum number has been accepted.**  
• Entries of non-qualified participants.**
• Entries received after the registration deadline.**
  **In these cases, there will be a 5% credit card processing fee assessed to any refunds.

No refund will be permitted because an entrant fails to participate or is removed from competition.

No refund will be permitted once tournament schedules have been set or received from sport commissioners.

No refund will be given for individuals or teams that withdrawal after the final deadline.

A refund of registration fees and any admission fees may be permitted minus a 5% processing fee if participant cancels before the sport/event final registration deadline.
